Congress Of The Hopefuls(COTH) is an annual gathering of filmmakers that want to impact their world by making quality films. During COTH, filmmakers gather to learn, connect, and grow. COTH practical film project affords all participants the opportunity for hands-on practical film production experience. Leke is obviously angry with Toni but Toni cannot fathom a single reason for his anger, which in turn makes Leke more angry.
